Free, always. The Vibe Check, the conversation that follows it, and every sample trip on this site. You can ask as many questions as you like before paying anything.
₹499 buys the plan. One fee, one trip, no per-person charge and nothing added later. It covers:
How long it takes. Two to three days once we have agreed your dates and a rough budget. If you need it faster, ask, and we will tell you honestly whether we can.
Changes. Two rounds are included. Tell us what is not working and we rework it. Past two we will keep going anyway if it is close, and if the whole thing has missed we would rather refund you than send a fourth version.
The refund. If the first plan does not feel like you, say so within 48 hours of receiving it and we return the ₹499 in full. No form and no argument. We would rather return the money than have you take a trip that was never yours.
What ₹499 does not cover. Your actual travel, stays and food, which you book yourself and pay for directly. Visas, permits and insurance are yours to arrange, though we tell you what you need and when. We do not hold your money for any of it.
We are working towards being able to book on your behalf once GST registration is complete. When that happens we will say plainly what it costs and how we earn on it, on this page, before you use it.
While we are planning. If the plan misses, say so on the same WhatsApp thread. We rework it. If it still is not right, we refund the ₹499 within 48 hours of you receiving the first plan.
While you are travelling. Message the same thread. You get Shree, not a helpline and not a ticket number. Because you book your own stays and travel at the moment, cancellations and changes go through whoever you booked with, and we help you work out what to do and who to call.
If we get it wrong and you are out of pocket. Tell us what happened and what it cost you. We will not hide behind terms and conditions on a ₹499 service. If the mistake was ours we make it right, and if it was not we will still tell you honestly what we think happened.

Tramigo Travels is a sole proprietorship based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, registered under Udyam MSME. GST registration is in progress. The proprietor is Shree, and he is the person who answers the phone.
We are not a private limited company, we do not have investors, and we are not part of a larger group. If that matters to you it should factor into your decision, which is why it is written here rather than left out.

The explanation. Ten, because ten is how many trips one person can plan properly at the same time. It is not a marketing number. It is the honest limit of what I can give full attention to before somebody starts getting a worse trip, and the entire point of Tramigo is that nobody does.
