The Vibe Check asks what you are carrying. Some people write something genuinely personal there, and we treat it differently from everything else.
It is stored separately from the rest of your answers, it never appears anywhere on this website, it is never included in any export or report, and it is deleted automatically after twelve months. If you would like it removed sooner, ask and it goes the same day.
Shree, and the services that store it for us. Those are our website host and our database provider, and they hold the data on our behalf under their own agreements. Nobody else.
Payments go through UPI directly to us. We never see or store your card or bank details.
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete all of it, or withdraw your consent entirely.
To do any of those, message +91 93533 37998 or email planmyjourney@tramigotravels.com. One message is enough. You do not need to give a reason, and we will act within seven days.
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. If you ask us to delete everything, we do, and we will tell you when it is done.
If your information is ever exposed, we will tell you directly and quickly, along with what happened and what we are doing about it.
Tramigo is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If a trip involves children, we only take what the booking adult chooses to share.
