The ₹499 planning fee

₹499 is a one time fee, and it includes GST. It pays for the work of building your trip from scratch: the research, choosing the places, and My Trip, one private page with your whole plan on it.

It does not pay for the trip itself. Stays, meals, transfers, activities and any celebration extras are quoted separately, item by item.

If we then book the trip for you, the ₹499 comes off the trip price.

The 48 hour refund

If the plan does not feel like you, tell us within 48 hours of receiving it and we refund the ₹499 in full. No form and no argument. A WhatsApp message saying it did not feel like you is enough.

After 48 hours the planning fee is not refundable, because the work has been done and delivered.

If we book the trip for you

• You get an itemised quote first. Nothing is booked until you approve it and pay.
• We book through our trade partners and send you every confirmation in writing.
• Each booking’s cancellation terms are shown to you before you pay.
• If something needs to change or be cancelled, we handle it with the hotel or operator for you.

If you book it yourself

You can. You get our exact suggestions and links, and you pay the hotel, airline or operator directly. Your booking is then between you and them, under their terms. If something changes, we will still help you work out what to do.

Cancellations

Two sets of terms can apply, and we keep them separate:

• Ours. The planning fee follows the 48 hour refund rule above. Once we book your trip, the ₹499 has already come off the trip price.
• The hotel’s or operator’s. Every stay, flight, train and activity has its own cancellation terms. What you get back depends on those terms, which we show you before you pay.

Quotes are estimates until confirmed

Prices in a plan or quote are our best estimate on the day we send them. Hotels, airlines and operators can change prices and availability. A price is only fixed once the booking is confirmed and paid. If anything changes before then, we tell you before we book.

Who is responsible for what

Tramigo plans your trip and, when you ask us to, makes the bookings. We are responsible for doing that work carefully and honestly.

Hotels, airlines, rail, transport companies and activity operators are responsible for their own services. We are not liable for their delays, cancellations, changes, standards, or anything that happens while you are in their care. Where a problem is theirs, we will help you take it up with them.

Where a problem is ours, the most we are liable for is the amount you paid Tramigo for our own service, not the cost of the stays, travel or activities themselves.

Visas, permits, travel insurance and health requirements are your responsibility. We will tell you what you need and when to apply, but we do not apply on your behalf.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the version that applies to your trip is the one on this page on the day you paid.
