It arrives in two to three days once we have your dates and a rough budget, and two rounds of changes are included.

It arrives as a private link you can open on your phone. Maps, day by day, stays, places to eat. Not a PDF.

What it does not cover: the travel and stays themselves. We can book those for you, each priced separately, or you can book them yourself from our suggestions. Full breakdown on the Trust page.

Yes. After you approve your plan and its itemised quote, we book everything through our trade partners and send you each confirmation. Nothing is booked until you say yes and pay, and every booking’s cancellation terms are shown to you before you pay. Every quote shows the full price of each item. Ask us and we will tell you exactly what Tramigo earns on it. When we book the trip, the ₹499 comes off it.

If you would rather book it yourself, you can. You get our exact suggestions and links, and your money goes straight to the hotel or the airline. Some people prefer it that way.

Honestly? Because we are new and we need our first ten trips more than we need the money.

₹499 is what it costs to have a person spend real hours on your trip instead of sending you a template. It is not a sustainable price forever, and it will go up once we have a track record. Founding travellers keep the founding rate.

Tell us within 48 hours of receiving it and we refund the ₹499 in full. No form, no argument. Message us on WhatsApp and say it did not feel like you.

We would rather give you your money back than have you take a trip that was not yours. And if the plan is right and we book the trip for you, the ₹499 comes off the trip.

UPI. You get a QR code or a link on WhatsApp. Nothing is charged before you have spoken to us and know what you are getting.

You should be careful, and we would rather say that out loud than pretend otherwise.

What we can offer instead of reviews: a small team plans every trip, the same WhatsApp number is on every page of this site, you can see a real, complete trip before you pay anything, and the planning fee is refundable within 48 hours if the plan misses.

The Tramigo team. Shree (Journey Architect) reads every Vibe Check and designs the trip. Akku (Experience Curator) finds the places, stays and tables. Aditi (Guest Navigator) keeps My Trip and the logistics running. You stay on one WhatsApp thread with the studio from the first message to the day you get home. No call centre, no handoffs to strangers.

That is also why we still cap founding travellers at ten. Ten is the number we can give full attention to while we are still early.

No. You can message us directly and describe what you want in your own words.

The Vibe Check just gets us there faster, and it asks a few things people do not think to mention. It takes a few minutes, and you can stop.

Solo, couples, families, groups of friends. Slow trips and hard ones.

Tell us who is coming and we plan around all of them, including the person who does not want to walk eight kilometres before breakfast.

Not yet. India only for now, and honestly that is where we are useful.

We would rather open it when we can do it well. If that is what you need, message us and we will tell you when it opens rather than take your money now.

We will tell you what you need and when to apply, including inner line permits for places like Spiti, Ladakh and the North East. We do not apply on your behalf.

Travel insurance is your call and we will not sell you one.

It comes to the Tramigo team so we can plan your trip. That is the only thing it is used for.

The Vibe Check asks what you are carrying, and some people write something personal there. That answer is stored separately from everything else, it is never shown on this website, and it is deleted after twelve months. Only the Tramigo planning team reads it.

No. We do not run one. If we ever do, we will ask you first and it will be easy to say no.
